4. Trophies, Certificates and award wristbands to celebrate achievement.
We are the only music schools in East Texas that gives their students the opportuniy to earn special color wristband bracelets (kids and teens love them!), trophies AND certificates for passing musical tests. Do other schools offer trophies and certificates? A few. But none of them inspire their students with smiling faces (see picture to the right) by giving them full color, really cool "Musical Ladder" wristbands that they can show off to their friends. The Musical Ladder is our unique method of music education that you can only get here.
More importantly when our students have a test coming up, they practice more, their parents are proud, their teachers are proud, and everybody winds. You can only get the Musical Ladder here. We also specialize in music lessons for adults.
5. A parent's lounge for our clients.
Parents can sit in our comfortable lounge and enjoy a water or a magazine while you wait. Or if you prefer you can sit in on their lesson anytime you like. We love our parents and offer; kids toys, Wi-Fi and magazines.
6. Fully stocked music rooms
Our rooms are stocked with everything you need for music lessons, including amps, full drum kits with pads, keyboards, and more. All you need to bring is your instrument. We have glass doors on all our lesson rooms for the safety of all.
7. Free music jams for all our students in a warm atmosphere!
Lights, Camera, Action... Our jams are held on a stage with amazing lighting and the state of the art sound system! Every parent just wants to know how their child is doing and if they are really progressing. The best way for a parent to understand if their investment in lessons is really worth it, is to have their child participate in a jam! Our Jam's are held in May and December each year!
For our students these recitals are free and unlike many schools in Texas we do not charge recital participation or admission fees.
8. Professional Customer Service personnel to serve you!
Many music studio desks are staffed by the teacher or more commonly an answering machine. We have a customer service professional available at the front desk to assist our clients quickly and professionally during registration hours.
You can call our office at anytime and you will be transferred to our Director's cell phone from 9am to 9pm Everyday!
9. Located conveniently on Troup Hwy!
Due to our location we easily service Tyler and Whitehouse! Our School is close to an amazing aquarium store, great shopping and other local business! Drop your kid off and walk down to local consignment shop, chiropractor, or get your nails down at the local salon! Just 2 minutes away from Super One and Walmart!
10. Month to Month lessons.
The Academy does not require semester minimums for lessons. Every student here is on a month-to-month basis.
11. Repairs and Restrings
If your instrument needs a restring or a repair we do all these in house! We offer strings that are easy on the hands and stay in tune! Each Student will have a lesson on how to restring their own guitar!
